The dress code is Farm Formal—think cocktail attire with a countryside twist. Ladies, we recommend comfortable footwear as the ceremony will be outdoors on grass. October evenings in Monroe can be crisp, so consider bringing a light jacket or wrap. Gentlemen, ties are optional but appreciated. Dress elegantly, but stay comfortable for an evening of celebration under the stars.

We love your little ones, but we've decided to make this an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope this gives you a well-deserved night out!

Please do not arrive before 3:45 PM, as the venue will be undergoing final preparations. Starting at 3:45 PM, you're welcome to arrive and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. The venue is beautiful, so we encourage you to arrive closer to 3:45 to soak in the scenery!

Yes! We're providing a complimentary shuttle service from select locations to the wedding venue. Just meet the bus before it leaves! Shuttle Pickup Locations: • Sleep Inn Monroe (exact pickup spot) • Hilton Garden Inn Fishkill (exact pickup spot) • Downtown Beacon (exact pickup spot) Walk to Shuttle (5-7 minute walk to pickup): If you're staying at The Roundhouse, Dutchess Inn, Hyatt House, or SpringHill Suites, you'll have a short 5-7 minute walk to the nearest shuttle pickup location in downtown Beacon or at the Hilton Garden Inn (Hyatt and SpringHill are adjacent properties). Close to Shuttle: If you're staying at a hotel close to a shuttle location but not within walking distance, you may need a quick taxi/rideshare to reach the nearest pickup spot. After the reception, shuttles will also take guests to the afterparty at The Vinyl Room in Beacon. If you're driving, there's ample free parking on-site with attendants to direct you.

We kindly ask that you enjoy the ceremony unplugged—no phones or cameras during the vows. Our professional photographer will capture every moment, and we'll share those photos with you after the wedding. Feel free to snap away during the reception!

We're organizing a fun day-after adventure through the Hudson Valley on October 10th! We'll be picking up guests in downtown Beacon in the morning (exact time TBD), and a bus will take us to explore local wineries, breweries, and cultural spots in the area. It's a casual, relaxed way to extend the celebration and see more of this beautiful region. Space is limited, so please let us know if you'd like to join when you RSVP. More details coming soon!

The Hudson Valley has so much to offer! Here are some local favorites: • Dia:Beacon – World-renowned contemporary art museum in a former Nabisco factory. Open Friday-Monday, 10am-4pm. • Mount Beacon – Stunning hiking trail with panoramic views of the Hudson River and Catskills. The trailhead is right in Beacon. • Beacon Main Street – Charming downtown with galleries, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Perfect for strolling and exploring. • Storm King Art Center – Massive outdoor sculpture park with 500 acres of rolling hills and monumental artwork (about 25 minutes from Monroe). • Museum Village – Historic village featuring 'Harry' the Mastodon, one of only three complete mastodon specimens in the world (in Monroe). • West Point – Tour the historic United States Military Academy (about 20 minutes from Monroe). • Hudson Valley Wineries & Breweries – The region is known for its wine and craft beer scene.
